Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a refund/exchange. When requesting your refund/exchange, please be ready to provide us with clear photographs showing the problem with the products. After that, we will send you the detailed returning address.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is wrong color. However, if you stick that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us and send us clear photos of it within 2 days after you receive it.

Refund

If there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some persuasive pictures or video, once it is verified, you can send the item back to us (customer commits the shipping cost), and we will give you a full refund of the item.

Return Process

1) Please kindly contact us with an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return.

2) Once our company has approved your request, we will send you the returning address. Please send the package back no longer than 5 days and at the same time offer us relevant courier & tracking information.

3) When we receive your package, your return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. After confirmation of return products and carefully inspection, please allow up a short period of time for it to be credited back to your account. If items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and we will contact you for further handling.
